Key attributes include being a consummate hospitality professional, exceptionally strong in communication, and a natural mentor with the ability to lead a large, active operation. Candidates for the GM/COO position at the company should have extensive experience in business management and administration, with a preference for a business degree and a CAM license. The role demands an individual with exceptional financial acumen, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage a large operation with a focus on detail and maintenance. The GM/COO will be expected to have a hands-on approach, be proactive, and engage in the strategic execution of plans to ensure the community remains a premier destination.
