The COO will be responsible for partnering with the executive team and operations staff to optimize systems, manage company operations, and support project teams through the full project delivery process. This includes providing a strategic, C-suite view of the company's size, structure, and performance, as well as owning estimating, project management, construction, and safety. The successful candidate will also be tasked with driving the expanded utilization of efficiency tools, standardizing company processes, and overseeing business development and client relations.
