Our client—partnering with Restoration Recruitment Partners (R2)—is seeking an experienced COO to oversee and optimize daily operations across two locations in Queens, NY and in Northern New Jersey

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations, turning vision into strategy
• Manage multi-site teams and field operations
• Own P&L, forecasting, KPIs, and financial performance
• Implement systems and SOPs for scalable growth
• Collaborate across Sales, HR, and Marketing

What You Bring:

• 7+ years in senior operational leadership (COO, GM, Director)
• Multi-location management experience
• Strong financial and team-building acumen
• Service-based industry background (Restoration industry a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus!

Compensation & Perks:

• $150K–$200K DOE + Performance Bonus
• PTO, holidays, 401K, and health benefits
