Integrated Operational LeadershipLead and align all construction streams under a single operational structureDrive collaboration between divisions to prevent duplication, gaps or conflictEnsure consistent construction standards and methodologiesManage critical interfaces between work packages2. Programme & Schedule GovernanceConsolidate all schedules into a single master integrated programmeMonitor critical path and performance trendsChair weekly executive construction reviews3. Budget & Commercial OversightOversee consolidated project financial performanceMonitor cost control across all divisionsIdentify early commercial risksEnsure procurement and contractor alignment4. HSE & Quality LeadershipImplement uniform safety governance across the projectDrive a zero-harm cultureStandardise QA/QC systems and reportingLead executive-level safety audits and reviews5. Executive Reporting & GovernanceProvide consolidated reporting to Board through ChairmanStandardise dashboards and performance metricsEnsure transparent and accurate progress measurementAct as senior operational interface with key stakeholders6. Contractor & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the senior escalation point for major contractorsCoordinate contractor interfacesMaintain oversight of regulatory and compliance mattersKey CompetenciesProven leadership of large-scale infrastructure or energy construction projectsStrong multi-stream integration capabilityAdvanced programme and performance management skillsCommercial and contractual acumenExecutive-level stakeholder managementAbility to lead and unify senior leadersStructured, decisive and delivery-focusedExperience & Qualifications15+ year’s experience, ideally in the construction sector8+ years in senior leadershipExperience managing complex projects divided into multiple work packagesDegree in Engineering / Construction Management (MBA advantageous)Renewable energy / industrial infrastructure experience preferred
