Programme & Schedule GovernanceConsolidate all schedules into a single master integrated programmeMonitor critical path and performance trendsChair weekly executive construction reviews3. Budget & Commercial OversightOversee consolidated project financial performanceMonitor cost control across all divisionsIdentify early commercial risksEnsure procurement and contractor alignment4. HSE & Quality LeadershipImplement uniform safety governance across the projectDrive a zero-harm cultureStandardise QA/QC systems and reportingLead executive-level safety audits and reviews5.
