The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's continued delivery of a strong value proposition, excellent programs, and services. This includes leading a talented staff, maintaining technical excellence, and identifying new opportunities to advance the industry. As COO, the focus will be on gaining a deep understanding of the current organizational structure and strategic initiatives, building relationships with key stakeholders, and seamlessly transitioning into the CEO role. The CEO will be tasked with championing the industry, managing relationships, and providing strategic leadership to promote the future relevancy of the organization.
