As COO, you will ensure that our services not only meet the highest standards of care but are also delivered with consistency, guided by clear policies and procedures. You'll champion a culture of accountability, integrity, and innovation, while working alongside a dedicated team that believes in making every day matter.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide strategic leadership and vision across all service lines.

  • Ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with policies and procedures.

  • Foster a culture of quality, safety, and person-centered care.

  • Guide operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and service excellence.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Management Team and report directly to the CEO.

  • Supervise and support directors and key leadership roles across the organization.

Who You'll Lead:
  • Director of Vocational Services

  • Campus Residential Director

  • Community Living Director

  • Director of Nursing

  • Service Development Coordinator

  • Campus Program Manager

  • Campus and Community Administrative Assistants

Minimum Qualifications:

Education & Experience (must meet one):

  • Bachelor's Degree + 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Associate's Degree + 15+ years of relevant experience

  • No degree + 15+ years of relevant experience

Relevant experience includes managing programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
