PETADATA is currently hiring for the CPO PMO position for one of their clients.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Identify and work with stakeholders and key organizations to ensure the program and project scope definition meets business objectives, building and maintaining relationships with each.

  • Ensure adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project.

  • Create, prepare & maintain materials necessary to track status & progress.

  • Status, issues, and risk disposition are communicated to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.

  • As appropriate, escalate program risks to the Markets Ops transformation lead and other senior management.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, and applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices.

  • Work closely with the Change Management team to review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions that can help re-engineer processes, build scale, and mitigate.

Required Skills:

  • 6-10 years experience in a fast-paced, large global financial services firm, ideally in an operations organization.

  • Self-reliant, good problem solver, results-oriented with attention to detail.

  • Ability to establish and build trust with professionals throughout the business as an advisor and business partner to the organization with a clear client orientation.

  • Strong risk management and control mindset.

  • Collaborative work style: effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies.

  • Demonstrate experience as someone who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and effectively influence across cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification :

A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
