We are creating a global asset verification platform that allows auditors to deliver higher quality financial audits and spend more time helping businesses to create greater value for all economic stakeholders. Our current customer base includes big four accountancy firms as well as global banks.

At Circit, we have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional SaaS Sales Leader who has carried a bag as well as previously been a proven winner\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\", and then progressed to building revenue teams with a record of finding and closing new business. Requirements

This is a broad role and will cover aspects including:

  • Meet and exceed the company revenue targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Responsibility for new business revenues and building an Account Management strategy within the revenue team.
  • Improve and develop structures, processes and techniques in delivering a strong, regular and predictable cadence of closed sales.
  • To scale a SaaS growth team that has the capacity to achieve ambitious growth results.
  • Champion the development of a high-performing growth culture across the organisation.
  • Recruit, onboard and train all new personnel as appropriate.
  • Provide mentorship, training and coaching to the team to help them achieve their key business objectives and be the best they can be.
  • Work closely with marketing to improve the Account Based Marketing approach to target significant upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure that the natural network effect of the product is being maximised
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as operations and engineering to develop compelling materials, presentations and training that allow the team to meet the opportunities, needs, concerns, and objectives of target customers.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our market and the target customer base.
  • Monitor, report and forecast on key SaaS growth metrics to the leadership team and board.
  • Goal-oriented in mindset to produce tangible results in the form of key SaaS metrics.
  • Someone with lots of persistence and a must win attitude.
  • A charismatic personality that people are naturally attracted to.
  • An experienced and motivational team leader who can develop and manage a sales team
  • Experience in B2B sales for a SaaS technology essential, ideally with particular experience navigating financial services, fintech and professional services organisations.
  • You are a skilled communicator and facilitator. You have pitched ideas, solutions and concepts to customer boards, executive teams, industry experts and influencers.

Candidate Requirements

You must have a dynamic approach to work, be capable of shifting gears and want to work in a high growth, entrepreneurial business. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 highly successful years managing a team selling SaaS solutions to clients mid-market and above. You will have sold in a consultative manner where the deal sizes range from 25K - 250K ARR (or more). In addition, candidates need to have at least 8+ years overall sales experience.

Ideally, you will have built and led a successful growth team of closers, farmers and prospectors at an early stage high growth startup. You need to be comfortable working with Marketing in an account based marketing go-to-market motion, developing our sales processes, sales material and scaling a sales engine.

You should be ;

  • Goal-oriented in mindset to produce tangible results in the form of key SaaS metrics.
  • Someone with lots of persistence and a must win attitude.

  • An experienced and motivational team leader who can develop and manage a sales team

  • Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite, CRM systems and associated sales tools.
  • A proven connector in your professional life.
  • A proven ability to quickly identify decision makers in the decision-making process
  • Experience in the fintech, banking or audit industry is a essential
  • Prior experience in a venture backed startup technology company essential.
