The successful candidate will also be tasked with managing and leading global, remote engineering and architectural teams, evolving software development methodologies, and completing the integration of technology platforms across the product ecosystem. As a key member of the leadership team, the CTO will act as a change agent, particularly in the areas of business, operational, and technology strategy, and will be expected to engage with customers, prospects, and partners on technical platforms and infrastructure. Applicants for the CTO position should have a proven track record as a technology leader, with experience in a similar role within a robust, global SaaS organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C SaaS, and a passion for creating high-performing, execution-centric team cultures. A strong technical background in software development, project management, and product development is essential, as is the ability to lead teams of 50 or more, including offshore, contract resources, and employees.
