Chief Technology Officer (CTO) About the Company Reputable media production company specializing in high-quality broadcast & video services IndustryMedia Production TypePrivately Held Founded2011 Employees11-50 About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to play a pivotal role in the alignment of technology strategy with the organization's mission and vision. The CTO will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in all technology operations, including broadcast engineering, IT systems, production technologies, digital platforms, cyber security, data governance, and infrastructure. This dynamic and visionary leader will also be tasked with driving innovation across digital platforms, broadcast production, and fan-facing technology, as well as developing and executing a long-term technology roadmap that supports the company's commercial and media operations. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive technology leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in sports, media, or entertainment. The role requires deep expertise in advanced broadcast production systems, live event engineering, and digital media platforms, as well as a proven track record in implementing cloud-based infrastructure and enterprise technology modernization. The successful candidate will be a passionate leader with a strong operational acumen, capable of managing cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and data governance frameworks. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, digital technology, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree or technical certifications being preferred. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, and remote/cloud-based production environments is also a key qualification.
