We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy of a fast-growing digital platform at the intersection of technology, creativity, and premium visual production.Our platform enables photographers, artists, and businesses worldwide to create highly customized visual products online and transform their images into museum-quality prints and display pieces produced with cutting-edge technology.The RoleAs CTO, you will own the end-to-end technology strategy, ensuring the platform remains scalable, high-performing, secure, and highly available while continuously evolving the digital customer experience.You will lead engineering across frontend, backend, UX, DevOps, and infrastructure (team of ~18) and work closely with leadership to shape the product and platform roadmap.Key Focus Areas• Platform architecture, scalability, performance & security• Product engineering across website, checkout, and product configuration• Cloud infrastructure, reliability, and operational excellence• Building and developing high-performing engineering teams• Data-driven product development and experimentationWhat we’re looking for• Experience as CTO / VP Engineering / Head of Engineering in a digital product, platform, or e-commerce environment• Strong understanding of modern web architectures (APIs, microservices/modular monolith, cloud infrastructure)• Proven track record scaling high-availability platforms• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and modern engineering practices• A hands-on technology leader who can build teams and drive delivery
