The Head - IT will lead the technology strategy and development of the company’s e-commerce mobile app, ensuring a scalable platform, efficient product catalog management, and a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.Lead design, development, and deployment of the mobile app and digital platforms.Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.Manage product catalog structure, pricing, inventory, and automated updates.Implement AI-based search, recommendations, and user experience enhancements.Optimize payments, order tracking, and customer engagement features.Lead and mentor developers, designers, and product managers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Provide regular technology updates to the Managing Director.Required Skills:Proficiency in Java, Swift, Python, React Native or similar technologies.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and database systems.Knowledge of product catalog management, inventory systems, and data analytics.Proven ability to lead technology teams and drive digital transformation.
