You make strategic decisions on architecture, security, scalability, and engineering standards, while staying closely involved in the practical realities of product and platform development.You act as the bridge between business, product, and engineering. You help define priorities, make trade-offs visible, and ensure the company builds the right things in the right way. In a lean environment, you combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight, guiding the engineering team toward high-quality execution and long-term maintainability.Security, tenant isolation, reliability, and operational excellence are core to your thinking.
