The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on technology executive with a strong background in scaling high-performing engineering teams and delivering innovative, AI-enabled software solutions. Key responsibilities for the CTO include leading the technology and engineering teams, defining and executing the technology strategy, and modernizing legacy platforms. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of modern AI technologies and a proven track record in leveraging AI to drive product innovation and operational efficiencies.
