  • Maintain all required documentation within three (3) calendar days of service.
  • Participate in internal/external committees, clinical consultations, and professional development activities.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree with psychiatric certification and active APRN license required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of direct child/adolescent psychiatric experience (outpatient, community mental health, school-based, or similar setting).
  • Strong skills in psychotropic medication management for pediatric and adolescent populations.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide sound clinical judgment in routine and urgent situations.
  • Experience working with diverse clinical profiles and co-occurring conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills with children, adolescents, families, and collaborative partners.
  • Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong computer skills, including use of electronic health records and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth through training, supervision, and self-learning.
