Join our team at our new Little Squiggles Children's Enrichment Center, projected to open in Spring of 2024!

Full-time positions available with Kindergarten Prep at our new location in Bentonville, AR.
All roles are projected to begin April of 2024!

Our competitive Teacher salaries range from $14.
45 - $19.
55
per hour.
Salary is determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

As a Kindergarten Prep Teacher, you will:

  • Guide a teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and lead hands-on activities based on your observations of the childrens interests and needs.

  • Communicate daily with parents.
    Document and share the important milestones in their childs day.

  • Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required

  • CDA or higher level of education required

  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool required

  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required
