Childcare Center Director | Mint Hill | $2,500 Hiring Bonus

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Daycare Director for its NC 4-star preschool in Mint Hill. We are hiring immediately and offering a $2,500 hiring bonus* to the successful candidate!

Salary range: $55,000-$58,000 per year, based on experience, education and credentials.
Position includes quarterly bonus potential and FREE childcare.

Childcare Director Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
• Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
• Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally appropriate play and classroom environments.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and the community.

Requirements

• Level III Administrator qualified.
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field required.
• Previous management experience at a NC licensed childcare center required.
• Extensive knowledge of childcare management and early education.
• Administrator knowledge of Meck Pre-K program preferrred.
