Work Schedule:
Must be able to work a varied schedule Tuesdays through Sundays (mornings and afternoons). Hours depend on performance schedule.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Artist Hospitality: Organize and document inventory of hospitality supplies, set up an inviting dressing room space daily, and break down and secure dressing rooms at the end of each day.
- Box Office: Assist with ticket sales, answer patron questions, and run sales reports.
- Artist Merchandise: Organize and count in inventory, set up kiosk, complete sales transactions, reconcile sales and count out inventory, and run sales reports.
- Patron Services: Set up outdoor toys and activities for patrons after show, lead games and activities with young patrons and families, clean up and secure materials at the end of each day.
- Serve as the face of Wolf Trap Education when other staff are not present.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience with monetary transactions.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
