Barker Chiropractic is a faith-based, family wellness chiropractic office dedicated to caring for moms, babies, and growing families through neurologically-focused care. We are passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space where every patient feels known, supported, and cared for.

We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist who is organized, upbeat, and aligned with our mission to serve our community with excellence and heart.

This role is the heartbeat of our office. You’ll be the first and last impression for our patients each day.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and checking in patients with a friendly, positive attitude
• Managing phone calls, texts, and scheduling with professionalism and warmth
• Assisting with patient flow to keep the office running efficiently
• Collecting payments and explaining care plans clearly and confidently
• Supporting the doctors with daily office operations
• Maintaining a clean, calm, and organized environment
• Building genuine relationships with our practice members (especially families and kiddos!)

• You love connecting with people and making them feel seen and valued
• You are dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• You thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment
• You communicate clearly and confidently (in person, phone, and text)
• You are comfortable talking about money and scheduling
• You have a heart for serving families and children
• You align with a faith-based, positive, purpose-driven workplace culture

Bonus (but not required):

• Experience in a chiropractic, wellness, or healthcare office
• Front desk or customer service background
