We are seeking an experienced CIP/SIP Expert to support cleaning and sterilization processes at our client's facility in Hopewell, NJ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CIP skids, including tuning PID controllers, managing hydraulic balance, and performing flow calculations. This role involves supporting multiple shifts, including weekend work, and will require a deep understanding of equipment validation and cleaning protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for SAT, system walkdowns, and design reviews for CIP skids, bioreactors, autoclaves, parts washers, filling lines, and isolators.
• Author protocols for IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification).
• Develop and optimize CIP and COP cycles for cleaning validation.
• Perform cleaning and process validation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and fine-tune PID controllers.
• Calculate and balance hydraulic flows for efficient system performance.
• Maintain high standards for documentation and quality assurance.
• Support multi-shift operations, including weekends, as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with CIP skids, including PID controller tuning and hydraulic balancing.
• Knowledge of cleaning validation and process validation.
• Strong understanding of IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and support multi-shift and weekend work.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
