As CISO & IT Infrastructure Manager you determine the strategy of our IT Infrastructure landscape, always ensuring security governance and regulatory compliance while striving for a scalable and high-performing IT environment. Thanks to your clear vision and people management skills, you’ll keep your team of IT Infrastructure specialists aligned while guiding them through the challenges they come across and stimulating their personal growth.What will you do in this function?Leading, coaching and supporting your team of experts. Your team knows they can count on your knowledge, vision and support whether they just need a moment with a sparring partner or a true guide.Defining the priorities within the IT infrastructure team, focusing on continuity and performance of all systems.Challenging both your team, the business and IT teams of DPD and Geopost to assure the best possible outcome.Development and maintenance of the infrastructure strategy of DPD Belux, in line with the IT Strategy of both DPD Belux and Geopost.Defining, implementation and follow up of operational IT standards and processes, assuring clear documentation.Responsible for the disaster recovery and business continuity planning for all BeLux locations.Management of vendors, budget and contracts with a cost-efficient mindset.Defining and implementing security policies and improvements in alignment with NIS2, ISO 27001/27002 and internal security frameworks.Monitoring risks and ensuring mitigation.Keeping up with trends, investing in your professional network and keeping your technical knowledge up to date will help you thrive.What do we have to offer you?The opportunity to make a difference in a professional and international environmentPermanent contract, start as soon as possible (note that we're looking for someone to you DPD on our payroll)Flexible working hours and working from home possibleGroup and hospitalisation insuranceLaptop and smartphone (with subscription)Meal vouchers of €9Company car with charging pass/fuel card.Leadership bonusWhat do we expect from you?You are an IT (infrastructure) lead/manager or a seasoned system engineer/IT infrastructure specialist who’s ready to take a step towards people management.Knowledge of project and service management are essential.You combine strong technical knowledge with a clear vision to assure an infrastructure landscape suitable for both current and future challenges.As a people manager, you bring your team together and ensure alignment.You don’t just support your team with the operational challenges but face them together.Strong communication skills combined with the ability to translate technical issues and security risks into valuable insights throughout all levels of the company.Flexibility, solution driven striving for both continuous improvement and continuous learning are crucial to being successful in this role.Our ideal candidate is trilingual (Dutch, English, French), but excellent command of minimum two of these languages is an absolute must.
