Our client, a growing Civil Land Development consulting firm, is seeking a Civil Design Engineer for to join their new team in Audubon, PA.This is a hands-on, high-visibility role within a newly opened office established to meet increased client demand in the region. You'll gain direct exposure to site design, permitting, and engineering analysis across a variety of commercial, residential, and industrial projects. With access to senior mentors and leadership, this is an exceptional opportunity for a young to mid-level civil engineer eager to learn, grow, and advance quickly within the organization and land development engineering.The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong foundation in civil site design and a desire to take ownership of projects and client relationships. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment and interested in contributing to a growing regional office.If you're a civil site/land engineer and ready to take the next step in your career, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-impact land development projects and grow within a highly supportive & growing firm.Key Responsibilities:Lead due diligence investigations and prepare site feasibility reports.Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances, along with applicable agency regulations, to determine development constraints and opportunities.Prepare conceptual site plans, grading plans, stormwater management systems, and utility layouts.Design soil erosion and sediment control plans, sanitary and storm sewer systems, and pump stations.Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and manage project budgets.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members throughout project life cycles.Produce technical reports and present findings to planning/zoning boards, municipal agencies, and client stakeholders.Support construction efforts with field inspections and engineering documentation.Utilize design software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, and Bluebeam.Contribute to a culture of mentorship, learning, and continuous improvement.Requirements:3+ years of experience in civil site/land engineeringEngineer-In-Training (EIT) certification required.Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3DStrong understanding of hydrologic/hydraulic design, grading, drainage, and utility design.Experience preparing permitting documents and coordinating with regulatory agencies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.Client management or presentation experience is a plus.Location: Audubon, PAOnsite: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PMBenefits: 401k with company match, health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, company events, and career development support through mentorship and promotion opportunities.If this sounds like your profile, please apply and one of our recruiters will connect with you!Follow us on LinkedIn:
