JM Eagle, the world's largest plastic pipe manufacturer, is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to support and lead facility improvement and expansion projects across our 20+ manufacturing plants, warehouses, and leased factory properties.This role involves close coordination with plant personnel, our property management team, and external contractors. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to spec—with safety and compliance always top of mind.Key Responsibilities:Lead civil engineering efforts for facility-related construction projects, including buildings, site infrastructure, water utilities, offices, fire sprinkler systems, equipment platforms, and structural components.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to design, review, and implement construction improvements that support long-term plant operations.Review contractor bids and scopes of work, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.Manage purchasing documentation, negotiate pricing, track payments, and oversee contract execution.Oversee all phases of project management: planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor follow-up, and logistics coordination.Produce site plans and construction drawings using AutoCAD.Maintain strong communication and organizational practices throughout project lifecycles.Qualifications:B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering.Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally with a background in industrial or facility-based construction.Strong AutoCAD skills and familiarity with construction codes and safety regulations.Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project tracking skills.
