This role involves contributing to a variety of projects, including municipal engineering, transportation, grants and loans, water and sewer systems, and private residential and commercial developments. We are looking for a junior to mid-levelexperienced professional who is eager to learn and grow their career. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on municipal engineering projects, including infrastructure planning and design. Support transportation initiatives such as roadway design and traffic flow analysis. Work on securing and managing grants and loans for infrastructure projects. Design and oversee water and sewer systems for both public and private clients. Participate in private residential and commercial development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Provide technical expertise and project management support to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional certifications/registrations in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license or Fundamentals of Engineering/Engineer in Training (FE or EIT) designation (Illinois licensure preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in municipal engineering, transportation, or private commercial/residential developments. Strong technical skills and a commitment to professional growth.
