We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a strong background in project management and coordination across diverse construction disciplines including landscaping, masonry, demolition, concrete, and earthwork. This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in both field and office environments, ensuring seamless execution of projects from planning through completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Conduct on-site inspections and supervise field operations (60% of time), ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow efficiency.Prepare and review project documentation including blueprints, technical reports, cost estimates, and schedules.Oversee site preparation, grading, excavation, and installation of concrete and masonry structures.Manage landscaping and demolition phases, ensuring environmental and structural integrity.Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and report to stakeholders.Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety protocols.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.5+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on field operations and project management.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other engineering software.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively in an office setting.Preferred Skills:Experience with sustainable landscaping and erosion control.Familiarity with demolition safety and environmental remediation.Knowledge of soil mechanics and concrete mix design.
