Drawings for city water and sewer connection for a residential property (duplex) currently on well water and septic tank. Property address is 25421-25423 SW 107 Ct, Homestead, FL 33032. Based on a conversation with another engineer, it is my understanding that the city piping will be conveyed to a property on the opposite end of the block, therefore should cross in front of this property.
