Perspective Engineering, Inc. is looking for a candidate to produce and ultimately oversee production of construction documents for residential subdivisions and commercial site plans using Autodesk Civil 3D. Autodesk Civil 3D experience is a must. Candidate must have experience producing grading plans, erosion & sediment control plans, roadway plan and profiles, pipe profiles, and DOT entrance plans. Familiarity with the LDP process for obtaining plan approvals is necessary. Candidate should have experience preparing civil construction documents. Knowledge of hydrology and detention analysis is required. This position will be for a person who has a great knowledge of the Land Disturbance permitting process in Georgia and will start as a senior designer with the intent to quickly move up to a senior engineer position to manage the civil engineering design department.Starting salary is $105,000-$135,000 annually but will ultimately be commensurate the level of experience demonstrated. Our firm offers paid healthcare and dental benefits for the employee, employer contributions to retirement account with 100% vesting from day 1, and paid vacation & sick leave.
