Request for Proposal (RFP) – NCDOT Driveway Permit Engineering Services Project Title North Carolina Licensed PE – NCDOT Residential Driveway Permit Plans (3 Lots) Project Description Clover Group, Inc., a North Carolina General Contractor is seeking a North Carolina licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to prepare driveway permit drawings for three (3) new single-family residential lots located on an NCDOT-maintained road. The subject property consists of three adjacent lots, each with approximately 118 feet of road frontage along Chappell Loop Road. The roadway is a rural section with shoulder and roadside ditch (no curb and gutter). Scope of Work Prepare a simple engineered plan suitable for NCDOT driveway permit application Show three (3) individual residential driveway locations (one per lot) Confirm or adjust proposed driveway locations as needed for compliance Provide culvert sizing and recommended lengths for each driveway Show distances between driveways and to property lines Ensure compliance with NCDOT standards and driveway access requirements Reference NCDOT Standard Drawing 848.02 (Driveway Turnout – Radius Type) Include all notes required for NCDOT permit approval Provide North Carolina PE seal on final plans Deliverables One PDF format suitable for NCDOT permit submission Project Information Survey/plat will be provided to selected engineer Proposed driveway locations will be shown centered on each lot (subject to adjustment if required) Each lot has approximately 118 feet of frontage Road is lightly traveled with roadside ditch This is a residential project with three adjacent individual lots Engineer Qualifications Must be a licensed North Carolina Professional Engineer (PE). #J-18808-Ljbffr
