Opportunity Sunrise Engineering is seeking a full‑time Civil Engineer to join our Civil Design group in the Nephi, Utah office. Our team of 500 professionals works collaboratively to deliver top‑quality solutions and cost‑effective outcomes for our clients and communities. Make a Lasting Impact As a Civil Engineer, you will provide strategic and operational support to Service Center Managers and manage projects from start to finish. You will mentor junior team members, oversee project schedules and budgets, prepare technical reports, and act as a client advocate to ensure satisfaction. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Creating and revising drawings for municipal, private, and industrial civil engineering projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, including water, sewer, drainage, and grading elements. Monitoring project schedules and budgets, preparing proposals and contract amendments, and coordinating with clients. Providing leadership by supervising teams, giving feedback, and ensuring project delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. PE License and 3–6 years of experience in civil engineering. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
