Attendance of various municipal meetings is required as needed. Our prospective Civil Engineer must work collaboratively with project team members when necessary, however self-motivation and the ability to work independently is valued.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field preferredLicensed Professional Engineer in PennsylvaniaMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil EngineerESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Possesses knowledge of stormwater management design, erosion & sedimentation control design, and PADEP permitting processPossesses knowledge of the Subdivision/Land Development processAbility to interact with a network of professionals including township officials, DEP, PennDOT and Conservation DistrictsPresentable, experienced, and qualified in testifying at various Zoning Hearing and other Township Board meetings.Ability to show the highest level of care and professionalism to our clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, and AutoCAD (preferably Civil 3D)Ability to work independentlyOrganized & detail orientedAbility to work in-person and travel to our office in Pipersville 5 days per week, with occasional exceptionsBENEFITS: Retirement savings plans: Simple IRA with employer matchHealth InsurancePaid Time OffFlexible scheduleBonuses
