What You'll Do:

• Create detailed site plans including site layout, grading & drainage and septic design plans using AutoCAD
• Perform drainage design calculations and prepare stormwater reports using HydroCAD and Microsoft applications
• Perform septic design calculations, including pressure dosed and pump designs
• Prepare wetland permitting applications and reports, including Notices of Intent and Requests for Determination of Applicability, etc.
• Support project coordination from concept through construction
• Assist with project permitting, including project submissions and presentations at public hearings
• Perform construction inspections as needed

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of civil engineering design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills and technologies
• Strong communication, listening, and writing abilities
• Adaptability to changing workloads with the ability to take on new roles and delegate effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Soil Evaluator License preferred, not required
