We have partnered with an architectural and engineering design firm in the Midland, TX area to provide them with a Civil PE/Project Manager Site Development. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Civil PE/Project Manager Site Development:

#1. Must have PE license in TX.

#2. Must have at least 10yrs of Site Development and Master Planning experience

#3. Must have Office, Retail, Industrial, and Institutional Buildings project experience.

#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years

Requirements of the Civil PE/Project Manager Site Development:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Must hold Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Texas.
• At least 10 years of experience in responsibilities similar to those listed below.
• Additional valuable experience includes:
  • Project management expertise, including plan production and oversight of tasks such as:
    • Experience with entitlements, including platting, zoning, and municipal permitting
    • Proficiency in site planning and master planning for development
    • Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS
    • Skills in grading and drainage design
    • Experience with street and alley design
    • Proficiency in site design
    • Expertise in water and wastewater design
    • Hydrology and hydraulics analysis and design
    • SWP3s (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans)
    • General civil design
    • Construction management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors.

Other Key Requirements:

• In office role or Hybrid
• No sponsorships or visa holders okay. No Corp-to-Corp.
