Salary: $ 112,500.00

We have partnered with an architectural and engineering design firm in the Norman, OK area to provide them with a Civil Professional Engineer Water Resources. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Position can be in Norman, OK or Oklahoma City, OK.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Civil Professional Engineer Water Resources:

#1. Must have at least 5 years exp in water resources.

#2. Must have PE license or ability to attain it.

#3. Must have experience with software including AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS.

#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years

Requirements of the Civil Professional Engineer Water Resources:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.

Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma, with the ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico and Texas.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in water resources engineering.

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices and principles, with a commitment to staying current with industry trends.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan projects from inception to completion, considering time, cost, and resource management.

Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and build strong teams.

Skilled in strategic delegation and team alignment towards common goals.

Expertise in environmental regulations and workplace safety standards.

Highly organized, with the ability to optimize business hours for work-life balance and prioritize tasks strategically.

Proficient in proactive risk management.

Goal-oriented, with a focus on long-term objectives for the company.

Excellent analytical skills for designing systems that can withstand environmental conditions at installation sites.

Ability to work collaboratively with non-engineering decision-makers and effectively communicate project plans.

Other Key Requirements:

In office role with hybrid potential.
Sponsorships or visa holders okay. No Corp-to-Corp.
