This role involves managing project budgets, timelines, and coordination with clients, public entities, and internal teams. A strong candidate will bring both technical expertise and leadership capabilities to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage civil engineering projects from design through constructionAnalyze and interpret technical data, maps, reports, and drawingsDevelop project scopes, cost estimates, and schedulesCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agenciesPrepare detailed reports, plans, and specificationsOversee construction activities and ensure compliance with plansSupervise a team of 3–10 engineers and techniciansLead project meetings and participate in public forums as neededSupport business development efforts through client engagement and proposalsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institutionLicensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)—must be licensed in OK or able to obtain5–7 years of civil engineering experience, including 2+ years in project management or team leadershipProficiency in engineering design software and project management toolsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%Work Environment & Physical Requirements:Office and field work requiredMust be able to occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbsMust possess adequate vision, mobility, and communication abilities for the roleEqual Opportunity Statement:All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or any other protected status.
