Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer aller hinz to support the planning, design, and documentation of a variety of land development and infrastructure projects. This role involves applying technical expertise and creative problem‑solving to deliver high‑quality, sustainable, and community‑focused site design solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to every phase of project development—from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive site design, gradingինքն drainage, and utility layout for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects. Perform site inventory, analysis, and feasibility studies to support planning and development efforts. Prepare conceptual site plans and design renderings, including 3‑D models using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp. Assist in developing construction drawings, details, and specifications for site and civil components. Participate in team, client, and project meetings, providing technical insights and coordination support. Supporturent public presentations, community workshops, and field reviews as part of the design and approval process. Prepare clear and well‑formatted reports, technical memoranda, and presentations summarizing design concepts and project findings. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited university. Knowledge or experience in: Site design, grading, and drainage AutoCAD Civil 3D , Adobe Creative Suite , and SketchUp Erosion control, stormwater management, and utility layout Planning and design documentation Additional skills in ArcGIS , hydrology modeling , technical writing , and presentation graphics are highly valued. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
