We are recruiting a Civil Site Work Estimator for our client in Fort Myers, FL!
This is a Direct Hire Opportunity!

$100,000-150,000 annually

Candidates must have experience in estimating infrastructure for earthwork, wet utilities, and roadways and possess strong familiarity with FDOT requirements. As part of the screening process, we require candidates provide work examples relevant to the position.

We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced Civil Site Work (utilities infrastructure and site preparation) to join our team in Fort Myers.

The ideal candidate will have:

a strong background in relevant construction estimating, with the ability to analyze project specifications and prepare accurate cost estimates.
reside within a daily commutable distance to Fort Myers.
Requirements:

The person must be able to review civil drawings and specifications for a wide range of public and commercial projects.

An industry related college degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in estimating civil scope of work (site work & utilities).
Ability to read and understand plans in various stages of design from schematic and budgetary plans to detailed take-off and pricing of 100% plans for private, public and commercial projects.
Experience in preparing complete estimates that include material, labor, and equipment.
Conducted site walk thru and progress visits.
Bid 2 Win and/or AGTEK Software knowledge preferred
Analyze and estimate project changes and assist the project management division in preparing change orders.
Good work ethic, verbal, and written communication skills is a must.
Salary will be based on experience and will be discussed at the interview.
NOTE:

This is a daily in-person in office position.
Focusing on candidates local to Southwest Florida.
There is not a relocation package budgeted for this position.
