A leading international main contractor is seeking an experienced CSA Engineer to join a high-profile data centre project located in Belgium. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a large-scale, mission-critical facility as part of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary project team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) engineering activities on site, ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.Manage and coordinate CSA packages from initial design review through construction, commissioning, and final handover, maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure accuracy, buildability, and compliance with European construction standards and local regulations.Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams to coordinate daily site activities, track progress against programme milestones, and proactively resolve technical or logistical challenges.Monitor construction progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and budget targets.Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure workmanship meets required benchmarks and company standards.Manage snagging and defect resolution processes, ensuring timely close-out of outstanding issues prior to handover.Prepare and present progress reports, technical updates, and risk assessments to senior project stakeholders and client representatives.Support testing, commissioning, and close-out activities, ensuring all CSA documentation (as-builts, O&M manuals, inspection records) is completed and handed over accurately.Promote a strong safety culture on site, ensuring compliance with HSE policies and contributing to toolbox talks and safety briefings where required.Requirements:Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or a related construction discipline.Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a CSA-focused role within large-scale construction projects, ideally in data centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or other mission-critical environments.Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects within fast-paced, high-specification environments and under strict programme deadlines.Strong technical knowledge of European construction standards, building codes, and health & safety regulations.Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate multiple workstreams, and maintain high-quality standards across all phases of construction.Commercial awareness with the ability to understand contract requirements and support cost control measures.Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams.Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven approach to problem solving.If you would like to apply for this role, please forward a copy of your CV using the email link provided.
