Seattle | Hybrid Class Action & Complex Litigation Associate Attorney AmLaw 100 Opportunity Compensation $250,000 - $305,000 A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Class Action & Complex Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing businesses in sophisticated consumer, product liability, employment, and other complex class action litigation matters in state and federal courts. Ideal Background • 4-6 years of litigation experience gained in a law firm and/or judicial clerkship • Experience with consumer, product liability, employment, wage and hour, or other complex class action matters preferred • Experience handling pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation • Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills • Excellent writing skills and exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage cases while working collaboratively within a team environment • Excellent academic credentials • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required • Washington bar admission required or ability to waive in Why This Opportunity • Sophisticated consumer and wage-and-hour class action practice • Exposure to high-stakes class action and complex commercial litigation • Significant responsibility and hands-on litigation experience • Strong mentorship and professional development • Collegial and collaborative national platform • Partnership-track opportunity Interested?
