Class A CDL Driver Home Weekly Earn 75-100K Full Benefits

Class A CDL Driver – Home Weekly Full Time Class A drivers get home weekly on a dedicated account running Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. Annual pay ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 (depending on experience and effort) with full benefits. A $2,500 sign‑on bonus is offered, and drivers may bring a rider and a pet. Training Assigned to tractors after completing a 2‑day ride‑along with a current driver. Training is paid at $150 per day. Pay Details Pay starts at $0.82 to $0.85 CPM. $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload. Operation in IL, WI, IN, MI, with drivers home weekly for a minimum of 34 hours. Sign‑On Bonus $2,500 paid out as follows: $250 after first load, and at 30, 60, 120, and 150 days. Full benefits commence after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401(k), one week PTO in the first year, and more. Other Benefits Drivers may have a rider and a pet as soon as training is completed on the account. Unloading Responsibilities THIS IS 100% DRIVER UNLOAD. DRIVER WILL PLACE BOXES ON THE CONVEYOR BELT, AND BOXES WILL BE STORED BY STORE PERSONNEL. DRIVER DOES NOT DO ANY UNLOADING FROM THE CONVEYOR BELT. Drug Test Policy WE DO NOT HIRE ANY DRIVER THAT HAS EVER FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG OR ALCOHOL TEST REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU HAVE COMPLETED SAP PROGRAM. Requirements Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time). No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. No major moving violations in the last 12 months. No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last five years (injury, jack‑knife, or rollover). No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last two years. No more than three preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years. Total of no more than three major or minor accidents in the last two years. No more than three jobs in the last year.
