About the Role

Our Outdoorsy Durango, CO property is seeking a hospitality-focused Cleaning Associate. The Cleaning Associate will play a key role in creating a pristine first impression to all guests that enter any and all interior spaces through routine cleaning and maintenance. After a long day of adventuring in nature, our guests deserve relaxation in thoroughly cleaned and nurtured spaces.

This is a part-time position that reports directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize public areas and cabins
  • Ability to lift 10-20 pounds and be on their feet for 8 hours a day
  • Clean and maintain vacant units for guests, main office, recreational rooms, public restrooms, and maintenance facilities daily
  • Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment on hand
  • Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping
  • Able to adhere to strict cleaning guidelines and policies
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as the business demands
  • Ability to lift 15-25 pounds
  • Able to be on their feet for 8 hours a day
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Preferred:

  • Campground or park cleaning experience
  • New build/opening team experience
  • Passion for the outdoors

Pay range-$16.00/hr-$18.00/hr

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with potentially applicable laws. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and bonus dependent upon position.
