Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Clerical Assistant in Lanett, AL

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - Lanett, AL 36854

Schedule: 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm

Pay rate: $19-$20/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support operations
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel, for communication and data management
  • Organize, sort, and format data within spreadsheets
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, scheduling, customer service, and production teams
  • Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accuracy while handling detailed and time-sensitive tasks

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong computer skills and overall technical proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to manipulate and manage data in Excel (sorting, formatting, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and clerical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
