Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Clerical Support professional to provide administrative assistance and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling customer service and office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone Support: Answer incoming calls, provide information, and redirect inquiries as needed.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers and address their needs professionally and efficiently.
  • Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain digital records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Document Handling: Print and distribute class-related documents and materials.
  • Microsoft Office Use: Work with Excel, Word, and Teams for tasks such as document creation, data entry, and collaboration.
  • Filing and Organization: File documents systematically and retrieve files from on-site archives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with Excel, phone support, and customer service.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Teams).
