SUMMARY The Little Caesar Crew works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs job responsibilities in such a way that all the products made are of high quality and the customers served are satisfied. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve customers according to customer service standards, priority guidelines, and telephone and front counter procedures. Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures shown on station job helpers. Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain standards for the restaurant's image. Process information and product through computer system and POS register system. Follows safety and security procedures as defined by local policies, guidelines, and government agencies. Follows Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as directed by management. Act as NFI's representative both within the restaurant and within the community.
