Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Role Overview

This role focuses on direct virtual therapy with clients seeking consistent mental health support. You will manage your own caseload, complete clinical assessments, and deliver evidence-informed treatment plans. The structure is predictable, remote, and centered on quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth
• Complete clinical assessments and diagnoses
• Create and update treatment plans
• Track client progress over time
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience in outpatient or virtual therapy
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Reliable home-based work setup
