$52,000–$62,000 base salary
Responsibilities:- Guide sellers through the listing process from start to offer
- Coordinate staging, vendors, photography, and open houses
- Create and manage MLS listings and marketing content
- Deliver consistent, high-level client communication
- Maintain CRM, databases, and internal systems
- Ensure smooth handoff to the Transaction Manager
- 3+ years in customer service or project coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM tools)
- Positive, proactive, client-first mindset
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one
