One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning - - Responsibilities: Answer incoming client telephone calls and assist with supervision and dispatching of scheduled service and maintenance calls; Maintain good communication with clients and provide courteous service; Notify clients ahead of time if technician will not arrive within scheduled window; Make outbound calls to ensure client satisfaction with repairs; Be On Call after hours in rotation
