We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of Luxe Salon & Spa. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Reception: Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor, offering refreshments and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments using salon software, efficiently handling changes and cancellations while maximizing the schedule.
  • Client Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with exceptional customer service skills, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage client records, process transactions, and handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
  • Salon Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and waiting areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Monitor and maintain a professional appearance of the salon.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with salon staff to facilitate smooth operations, including coordinating with stylists and assisting with various tasks as needed.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and address client feedback to continuously improve the client experience and resolve any issues effectively.
