As a Client Engagement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact client projects within our Project Delivery function — a core pillar of C&F dedicated to strengthening client relationships, ensuring long-term success, and fostering continuous growth.
In this key role, you will lead strategic engagements with clients, translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value. This is a Hybrid role in Ridgefield, CT: up to 50% at the client's location, otherwise remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging closely with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document clear, concise requirements for solution design and implementation.
- Leading workshops, interviews, and observations to gather detailed, actionable requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
- Transforming client input into a prioritized, actionable backlog and ensuring delivery teams have full context for effective development.
- Acting as a proxy between client business and delivery teams, managing communication and alignment between business stakeholders and Delivery teams.
- Aligning priorities, scope, and features across internal and client teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Collaborating with data engineers, analysts, scientists, and architects to develop and deliver innovative solutions.
- Leading solution delivery and implementation in Data Management, Advanced Analytics, and Data Governance focused on innovation and measurable business value.
- Maintaining regular on-site presence at client offices for close collaboration and relationship building.
- Overseeing project execution and nurturing client relationships to ensure successful delivery.
- Assisting in business case development, estimations, and timeline planning for digital initiatives.
Travel:
- Hybrid - 50% at the client’s location. International travel may be required.
What you will need:
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in solution analysis, business analysis, consulting, data management, or systems implementation for enterprise clients.
- Data management and analytics experience required.
- Experience particularly in the pharma / life sciences industry but open to strong candidates from other industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to support client-facing leadership.
- Strong knowledge of data management concepts including data integration frameworks, data modeling, data governance, and data quality principles.
- Ability to understand and fluently discuss these concepts with technical and business stakeholders (you should be able to discuss clients’ challenges and solutions, without requiring deep technical expertise).
- Proficient in articulating modern data platforms, ETL/ELT processes, and BI tools support business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Open minded to acknowledge multiple stakeholders' needs, recognize dependencies and align with big picture of the initiatives.
- Critical thinking and ability to be able to challenge ideas and suggest improvements.
Strong Advantages:
- Familiarity with advanced analytics approaches such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI, enabling effective communication of analytics needs and outcomes.
- Familiarity with the following: Snowflake (required) and optional: dbt, Jira, Confluence, Collibra, Tableau, Strategy, Power BI
- Experience communicating and working with senior stakeholders (director level and above)
- Experience in pharma / life sciences industries

Additional Info:
Range: $143,500 – 165,000
Location: Ridgefield, CT (Hybrid – up to 50% at client’s location). This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be located within commuting distance to Ridgefield, CT.
