Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients
Re-engage inactive leads and follow up on marketing campaigns
Support new business quoting for personal and commercial insurance
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client base
Schedule appointments for licensed agents
Manage CRM activity and track pipeline progress
Assist with social media engagement and local marketing efforts
Support retention initiatives and client communication
Requirements
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset
Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups
Organized and detail-focused
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
