Our salons deliver a polished, high-end experience where guest care, results, and attention to detail come first.We are seeking a high-performing Client Experience & Sales Specialist to drive bookings, memberships, retail sales, and client retention in our upscale salon. This is a revenue-generating sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, converting inquiries into loyal clients, and being rewarded for performance. This is a sales-focused, revenue-generating position. You will own the guest experience from first contact to checkout while actively driving bookings, maximizing schedule efficiency, and selling memberships and retail.
